新北警疑過勞死　家屬控後警局協辦撫卹

【呂品逸╱新北報導】因為心因性休克在家中猝死的警員王琮郁（27歲），昨天家屬透過立委指控，新北市樹林分局認為王琮郁在家中過世，無法認定是因公而死，不願協助家屬申請因公撫卹；樹林分局表示，並未拒絕辦理，9月底拿到家屬提供的文件後已積極處理，未來也會全力協助。

樹林分局進一步解釋，家屬質疑王琮郁值班超時，樹林分局已經調出執勤表，並沒有發現超時和不當編排；另外，8月6日王琮郁原訂參加刑大辦理的「102年新進刑事人員訓練」，王琮郁事前已請假不能參加訓練，分局表示也將發函給相關單位備齊申請文件，同時配合家屬附上其他證明，交由銓敘部審核是否符合因公撫卹標準。
