拓墣：2014年大陸ICT產業成長13.8%

展望2014年大陸ICT產業市場，拓墣產業研究所所長楊勝帆表示，4G進入試點、移動互聯借智慧終端大行其道、IC設計和製造逐步發力等三大內需亮點，將引領中國大陸ICT產業產值穩定成長，較2013年的9.6兆元人民幣成長13.8%，達10.9兆元人民幣。

拓墣表示，2013年是中國大陸新一屆領導班子上任的第一年，求穩定、保增長，加大經濟建設成為新一屆政府的重點工作內容，並將2013年GDP增速目標定位於7.5%，依然落在8%左右。

投資拉動內需，儼然成為中國大陸經濟發展的主旋律，如汽車產銷量持續穩居世界第一，電子消費品銷售成長逾12.4%等，而產業專案投資也加快腳步，一些原先被擱置或暫緩的項目紛紛提上議事日程，包括南京中電熊貓8.5代廠、天馬5.5代AMOLED廠、重慶8.5代廠、三安擴產等，均將帶動大陸ICT產業跟著一起成長。
