綠批服貿報告 報喜不報憂

今天立法院召開第五場服貿協議公聽會，針對金融產業是否開放進行討論。旦出席委員人數甚少，除了少數綠營立委發言，藍營立委並沒有人發言。民進黨籍立委段宜康批評行政院沒有提供評估報告，就要全民買單，這樣的做法無法令人信服。

民進黨籍立委段宜康表示，贊成銀行業向外發展，也很支持銀行去中國大陸發展，但是現在行政單位沒有針對服貿提出評估報告，任何一個企業有任何投資都會有評估報告，沒有評估報告是不可能同意投資的，因此無法表達贊成服貿的立場。
