曾勇夫關說案　法務部今呈行政院

【胡守得／台北報導】法務部前部長曾勇夫涉及關說案，偵辦的特偵組上周六傍晚將案件送法務部，法務部昨天正式收文，今天依程序呈報行政院，將由行政院核轉監察院審議。
 
特偵組認定，法務部長不得就個案對檢察官作具體指揮、命令，僅得就檢察行政作行政監督，為法務部長與檢察總長的職務分際，曾勇夫身為法務部長，接受案件關說後，竟允諾立法院長王金平予以處理並回報，已違反公務員服務法、法官法、行政院及所屬機關機構請託關說登錄查察作業要點，將他函送監察院審議其違法責任。
