中市酒店槍擊案 3人遭起訴

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中16日電）發生在去年4月的台中理容KTV槍擊案，兩派人馬疑因酒帳糾紛引發槍戰，4人中彈送醫，檢方今依槍砲等罪起訴孫姓男子等3人。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，去年4月29日晚間，李姓與張姓男子至理容KTV飲酒後，疑因酒帳糾紛與孫姓男子等人引起打架糾紛，並向店家表明是方姓男子的小弟。

酒店業者於次日約方男協調，期間有一不明人士持長槍到休息室門口，引發方男不滿。業者雖以誤會為由安撫，仍引發口角衝突。孫男遂持手槍朝方男等人開槍射擊，另一名陳男再持槍抵住方男頭部、胸部開槍，槍枝因卡彈未擊發，方男逃過一劫。

此外，另一名王姓男子得知雙方談判消息後，持槍前往酒店，見方男遭陳男壓制，且現場混亂，即朝休息室內開槍射擊，混戰當中，雙方人馬各2人中彈，均送醫緊急開刀治療。

檢察官認為，孫男、陳男及王男等3人因細故糾紛，持有並使用槍械，造成多人受傷，依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例等罪將3人起訴。1030916
