曹金生：洪案禁閉室錄影帶　沒被刪除但無錄影

【吳詠平／桃園報導】最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生上午說明洪仲丘案發當時禁閉室監視器錄影帶，經過法務部調查局的鑑識，錄影帶全部存在並無刪除，十六個監視器鏡頭控制面版無人為更動，錄影帶也沒有因為監視器電源被拔除造成的黑畫面，但禁閉室的監視器是陸續停止運轉功能，因此是完全沒有畫面存在，至於為何會如此，軍檢還要繼續追查。
