控郵局搶錢　跨區劃撥到自己戶頭收手續費

有民眾向媒體投訴中華郵政搶錢，她在新北市以郵政劃撥方式，存錢到自已在北市郵局開的戶頭，要繳交向郵局投保的壽險保費，卻被郵局告知加收20元手續費，只因新北市存錢到台北市算是跨縣市劃撥儲金，郵局無法驗明正身，可能劃撥的不是本人，所以要收費，讓消費者很傻眼。

中華郵政儲匯處表示，經檢討後，將取消個人存戶跨區劃撥到自已戶頭要收20元手續費規定，因涉及資訊系統的更改，預定9月中旬才能開始實施。至於公司行號的跨縣市劃撥儲金，還是維持收取20元手續費不變。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
