【短片】地下道淹到腰　汽車熄火困水中

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市豐原區圓環東路地下道每逢大雨必淹水，今天早上7點多，水淹到人的腰部，一名楊姓男子駕車行經，整部車熄火且受困水中，動彈不得，楊男緊急撥打110求救。

警方及穿山甲救難協會合力將車推上無水處，拖吊至修配廠整修，警方也於8點左右拉起封鎖線，禁止人車通行。
