打工碰到的薪水問題

各位好，我跟朋友去西門的一家餐廳打工，然後店家方面表示是用天數算，兩萬月薪除以三十天=一天666元。

然後11號我跟我朋友去領的時候，問題他們說是算月份的，我們六月工作的天數一樣都是四天，但是領的錢不一樣，我領到3200朋友2504。

當下有回去問，但是經理表示要問會計，所以隔天才打電話告訴告訴我們，然後他跟我朋友說要我們平分一天666四天2664。

我們上班時間11~22點，扣掉13~15點的休息時間，總共工作九小時，請問這樣算薪水的方式合理嗎、是否違反的勞工法？

另外，請問經理要我們這樣分對嗎、能夠這樣給薪水，聽說薪水只能多給沒有少給？
