葉明功下台？食藥署否認

外傳食藥署署長葉明功將因餿水油風暴下台，葉明功今天上午前往行政院開會，暫時未取得聯繫，但食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美則否認此傳言，也表示自己沒有被徵詢過接任署長一職。

姜郁美表示，沒有聽到署長將被撤換的消息；對於署長是因心直口快，導致處理這次餿水油事件發言失誤而下台，姜郁美只說，「我們是老朋友了。」

對於發生歷次食安風暴，衛生福利部部長邱文達皆全身而退，反而是食藥署官員在前線擋子彈，姜郁美表示，這次事件食藥署資訊透明，盡量讓民眾了解政府處理進度以及作了哪些措施；她也說，雖然部長沒有站到前線，但其實每天都有開會掌握進度。

衛生福利部發言人王哲超表示，目前整個衛生團隊眼前最重要任務是儘快讓油品事件落幕，但民眾若對衛生團隊的處理有所質疑，該負起的責任絕對不迴避。
