【公庫】日本在宅醫療醫師 訪問嘉義 紀實

連續幾天下雨終於放晴，北國的陽光隨長尾和宏 (Nagao Kazuhiro)醫師來到嘉義。遠從日本來拜訪 嘉義市社區醫療發展協會。

長尾醫師是關西兵庫縣尼崎市的開業醫師，本身為腸胃內科醫師，但是在阪神大地震之後為了能自由地從事在宅醫療，毅然辭掉大醫院工作，自己開業。尼崎市中型都市(中核市)，人口46萬、56平方公里，老年人口23%，日本最早開始衛生所做成人健康檢查、代謝症候群予防都市。長尾診所(Nagao Clinic)也很重視健康檢查、生活習慣病預防以及戒煙推廣。因此來嘉義特地拜訪六福診所。

台灣診所的藥物數量約日本的1/3 ，診所也有國外原廠藥物讓長尾醫師感到驚奇。長尾醫師對於台灣健保IC卡使用以及可以查詢其他醫院處方感到非常實用。台灣病人部分負擔10%低廉的收費也讓長尾醫師感到意外。....(完整報導)
