智慧手機低價化 DisplaySearch：2014年高階手機市場負成長

智慧型手機高規低價化的趨勢明顯，根據NPD DisplaySearch預估，2014年全球智慧手機市場將達1.18億支的規模，如果以價格作為區分高階、中階與低階的智慧手機市場，將發現未來的智慧手機成長大部分在中階與低階的市場；DisplaySearch指出，相較於強勢的中低階市場，預估2014年高階智慧手機為負成長，對於以高階市場為主的許多品牌與芯片廠商而言，這個趨勢促使新產品的開發方向必須以中低階智慧手機為主。

DisplaySearch表示，以價格作為區分高階、中階與低階的話，低階手機的定義為美金200元以下的智慧手機，中階則是介於美金200元至400元，高階智慧手機為美金400元以上。

根據DisplaySearch第2季智慧手機報告，2014年低階智慧手機年成長率為43%，中階智慧手機由2013年至2014年成長約42%；相較於強勢的中低階市場，高階智慧手機預估2014年為負成長。

DisplaySearch指出，除了LTE、八核心之外，64 bit將會是芯片廠商與品牌在2014年下半年與2015年主要訴求的產品功能，面對市場的成長動能往中低階市場增加的趨勢，芯片廠商針對64 bit的產品發展並不僅限於高階機種，也將64 bit定位為2014年下半年甚至2015年的中低階智慧手機的產品訴求。
