開庭狠瞪家屬　鄭捷「笑笑的」回北所

犯下北捷血案的鄭捷，今首度到新北地院開庭，上午他從台北看守所搭囚車時，面無表情，在上車前冷冷看了《蘋果》鏡頭一眼，而在開庭中場休息時，狠瞪旁聽席的被害人家屬，讓家屬一度動怒詢問：「他想幹嘛？」結果，庭訊結束後，他返回北所時，竟在下車時露出他慣有、略帶邪意的笑容，似乎不受家屬憤怒情緒影響。

本月初，《蘋果》獨家直擊鄭捷放封時，堆滿笑容，和其他收容人聊天、打籃球的畫面，今日鄭捷出庭時，他在法庭內也露出慣有的冷笑，中場休息時，還狠瞪旁聽席的被害人家屬，看來他雖當庭向法官認罪，卻毫無悔意。（法庭中心／新北報導）
