吹冷氣玩3C　乾眼症患者多3成

天氣炎熱，長時間在冷氣房裡玩3C產品，小心罹患乾眼症！

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一名20多歲的男大生，日前因眼睛乾澀、搔癢就醫，檢查罹患乾眼症，收治病例的三總眼科主任呂大文說，男大生暑假期間幾乎都在冷氣房裡上網，眼睛在乾燥空氣和過勞的雙重夾擊下，導致乾眼症上身。

呂大文說，天氣炎熱，許多人長時間開冷氣，加上玩3C產品，乾眼症患者較暑假前大增3成。建議民眾在冷氣房內放一杯水，增加室內溼度，且冷氣溫度設定在攝氏26度，不宜太低，玩平板電腦、手機30分鐘應休息10分鐘。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
