英法院判認可我判決 林克穎要賠償

英商林克穎輾死送報生黃俊德潛逃回英國被捕後，法務部協助黃家跨海向提起民事求償案，英國皇家法院昨天首次開庭審理，立即判決承認我法院的民事判決並即刻生效，被害人黃俊德的父親黃國安表示對判決結果感到欣慰。

林克穎前年8月逃回英國後，外交部、法務部、犯罪被害人保護協會，獲黃家同意並授權後，去年10月向英國皇家法院遞狀，控告林克穎要求民事賠償。

法務部強調，英國法院昨天承認我國民事判決，黃家可在英國境內向林克穎索償近新台幣908萬元。由於英國為歐盟會員國並簽署盧加諾公約，該項判決將自動適用於歐盟各國及若干其他歐洲國家，所以即使日後林克穎服完刑期，仍需接受本案民事判決，賠償這筆錢。

法務部指出，欣見英國法院承認我國法院民事判決，並為台英雙方司法互助建立良好範例。
