養老鼠咬布袋　偷取鋼筋變賣換現

新北市中和第二分局今天破獲一起建築鋼筋重大竊盜案。警方日前接獲民眾線報表示，東大建材行負責人陳姓嫌犯，涉嫌與建築工地內部人員勾結，夥同司機盜取建築用鋼筋、鋼材後變賣圖利。
 
警方多日跟監埋伏蒐證，在桃園蘆竹鄉查獲陳姓嫌犯及共犯簡姓男子等4人，並查扣鋼筋46.4公噸，陳嫌供稱勾結板橋浮洲合宜住宅劉姓工地主任，竊取工地內建築鋼筋載運蘆竹藏置、伺機變賣，所得與劉嫌三七分帳，連同查獲當日共出車2次，載運鋼筋總重46.4公噸，市價估計約100萬元，尚未銷贓變賣即遭查獲。另包商陳輝隆表示渾然不知鋼筋遭竊，警方偵詢嫌犯陳清萬等6人依竊盜罪移送法辦。（潘志偉／新北報導）
