【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】國民黨立委蔡正元剛剛接受三立新聞電話訪問，痛批交通部長葉匡時「又哭又罵不像話」，還說歡迎提告。

蔡正元說，身為立委本應監督行政首長，希望葉匡時能說實話，他並痛批葉匡時記者會態度強硬，完全沒反省、檢討，「氣呼呼，又哭又罵不像話！」
