前場雖有「雙十」數據，但發揮有現的Dwight Howard，今天對巫師開節打得積極，單節拿下11分，不過巫師也不遑多讓，在Wall攻下10分領軍之下，兩隊以29比29平手。

林書豪第一節無太多出手機會，不過命中率頗佳，在Howard助攻下放進2分，之後再跳投得手，然後又在Howard助攻下切入得手。

Howard禁區打得積極，球多半往他手裡送去，不過主場的巫師毫不示弱，沒讓火箭把領先拉大，後面還靠著火箭的失誤，由John Wall單打Aaron Brooks得手，以平手進入第二節。

林書豪目前拿下6分，James Harden有8分進帳，第一節火箭兩顆三分球都由他包辦，全隊在第一節有60%的命中率。
