請問:
我在前幾天要過十字路口
不小心發生車禍
我與對方是同一條路上
對方是由對面過來要左轉
而我是直行車
我已經騎過路的一半(快到對面斑馬線)
對方由直行緩慢變為左轉
來不及就撞上

強制險都有保
對方有保第三人責任險
我沒保第三人責任險
口頭上和對方說互陪修車費
我修對方的,對方修我的
但是對方是塑膠車,我是擋車
修車估價價位對方比我高
可與對方要求各修各的嗎?或能提告都對方理賠嗎?
我的車由對方保險公司理賠
對方的車就是要自己付嗎?
強制險可申請醫療理賠?
