十大傑出青年發起台灣酷斯拉獎

檢評會前發言人彭文正，今天號召法律、教育、產經等學者專家，仿效美國「史特拉獎」，宣布成立「台灣司法酷斯拉獎」，透過公開評選與調侃方式，讓最荒謬的起訴、不起訴書或判決書攤字陽光下。

司法酷斯拉獎發起人包括十大傑出青年沈芯菱、森林小學校長朱台翔、台灣財經刑法學會理事長陳志龍、消基會創辦人李伸一、動腦雜誌發行人吳進生、建築師陳俊宏等。

即日起透過臉書792448@gmail.com（請你救救司法吧）信箱，上傳過去一年荒謬的判決、起訴或不起訴書，由網友與社會公證人士票選。
