嘉大生2死案 檢警解剖相驗

（中央社記者黃國芳嘉義縣2日電）嘉義大學在外租屋學生因一氧化碳中毒2死3昏迷。檢警今天相驗解剖，釐清房東有無涉及過失致死罪嫌。

嘉義市興業西路一棟大樓5樓出租公寓，昨天下午4時14分傳出一氧化碳中毒事件，造成嘉義大學學生穆姓男學生、林姓女學生死亡，另有3名學生昏迷獲救脫險。

嘉義地檢署檢察官王振名今天偕同法醫、員警前往位於嘉義縣水上鄉的嘉義市立殯儀館相驗，由於須確定死因是一氧化碳中毒身亡，排除藥物或疾病等因素，才有辦法針對瓦斯熱水器的裝設位置、有無裝設抽風機等缺失，對房東提出過失致命的告訴。

因此，中毒身亡的男女學生家屬原本認為不需要解剖，經檢察官解說後，同意進行解剖，若房東有疏失，將提出告訴。

穆姓男學生、林姓女學生2人青春生命不幸早逝，家屬均哀痛逾恆；傷心過度的穆男母親不願接受兒子已死亡事實，認為兒子等一下就會醒過來，一直不讓殯葬人員將兒子的遺體送入冰庫，經檢察官勸導，穆母才面對事實，在場放聲大哭。1030102
