【陳宏銘／屏東報導】屏東崁頂鄉代黃惠美（女、59歲）昨天夜在崁頂鄉力社村力社路友人處聊天，從騎樓走出欲打電話時，遭林東龍（37歲）所駕轎車撞上，黃被撞飛十餘公尺外，當場死亡。林男肇事逃逸，即被現場民眾騎機車追捕，適遇潮州警分局巡邏警車經過，在潮州鎮大同路將林男座車攔下，酒測值1.27。全案由東港警分局於今天上午依過失致死、公共危險、肇事逃逸等罪嫌移送。
