請問
我之前有跟家人借支票 借了300000- 但最後只還了230000- 但已過了10幾年了
當初對方也沒有去法院 提出告訴 直到前2年有來追討剩餘的金額 最後我給了15000-

直到最近又來追討 我想請問 當初支票不是我的名字 是爸爸的 而爸爸前2年過世了
也做拋繼 繼承的動作 而我沒在支票上簽字 所以想請問 這張支票還有法律效用嗎
