衛福部追不法所得 大統可罰18.5億

衛生福利部今天討論如何裁罰不肖業者不法所得，引用食品衛生管理法與行政罰法對業者開罰；初步估計，富味鄉兩年多來的違法裁罰金額可達4.6億，大統長基七年來違法情事可裁罰18.5億。

衛福部表示，如果經過調查後，仍可依實際調查結果再調高。
