大統黑心油案今偵結　檢建議對高振利從重量刑

【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基食品公司黑心油案爆發至今第10天，彰化地檢署大規模動員人力追查全案後，今天下午偵結全案，將大統公司董事長高振利、調配室課長溫瑞彬、員工周昆明等3人，依違反《食品衛生管理法》及涉及《刑法》詐欺取財等罪嫌起訴，另外，大統公司也同被起訴，其裁罰為行政罰金。

3名被告中，因高振利主導黑心油品的調配，並藉以大賺黑心財多年，初估不法獲利高達18億元以上，犯行重大，因此檢方向院方建議對高從重量刑；同案另兩名被告溫瑞彬與周昆明因是受高指示配調油品，偵訊期間配合全案偵查，因此檢方也向院方建議對兩人減輕其刑。彰檢是由主任檢察官林漢強帶領檢察官葉建成、鄭智文、戴連宏、陳隆翔、李秀玲及施教文等人，聯合偵辦大統黑心油案。
