中訊軟件(00299.HK)董事會建議以保留溢利及股份溢價賬宣派及派付特別股息每股0.07元，涉及總額7810.8萬元。

在條件達成的情況下，特別股息預計將於下月27日或前後，以現金向於下月15日辦公時間結束時名列公司股東登記冊的股東派付。

該公司自今年4月2日起停牌，董事會預期需要更多時間方可發佈2012年年度業績及2013年中期業績。

集團解釋指，在日圓貶值及中日政治關係緊張的負面影響下，收益及盈利能力略差於過往數年。然而，集團於2012年出售訊和創新的股本權益。於截至去年12月底止年度及截至今年6月底止六個月， 集團收到出售事項的代價合共約1.78億元。

此外，公司已累積足夠的保留溢利及資本儲備供本公司穩定發展。(su/u)
