電梯命案 疑煞車來令片問題

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄11日電）高雄市發生的電梯2死命案，檢警委託初步鑑定肇事原因為煞車來令片與煞車鼓間距不夠緊密，導致電梯滑移肇事。

高雄市左營區一棟住宅大樓4日發生疑因電梯故障，32歲的住戶謝姓女子和她3歲兒子搭乘時不幸慘死，高雄市警察局左營分局獲報後，報請高雄地檢署檢察官指揮偵辦。

左營分局今天表示，檢警委託的高雄市機械安全協會等鑑定，初步認為是肇事電梯的煞車來令片與煞車鼓間距不夠緊密，導致電梯滑移肇事。

員警表示，肇事原因應就是這裡，就像是汽車煞車停不住，造成車輛滑移和準備搭車的乘客摔落一樣。

高雄市機械安全協會秘書長蔡立禮認為，在進行肇事電梯斷電測試時，雖然煞車來令片磨耗尚在安全範圍內，但發現煞車來令片壓縮煞車鼓的間距不夠緊密，電梯有滑行距離。

維修電梯的廠商是否涉及業務過失致死罪嫌，高雄地檢署目前正釐清事故原因，左營分局待檢方指示進一步偵辦，不排除約談相關維修人員。1021011
