汐止地震規模逾5 大台北少見

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北11日電）新北市汐止今天中午發生芮氏規5.2地震。中央氣象局說，大台北地區少見芮氏規模5以上的地震。

汐止中午的地震深度有142.6公里，最大震度是2級。

氣象局地震測報中心主任郭鎧紋說，台灣地區平均每年芮氏規模5至5.9的地震有30個；不過，自1900年至今，包括基隆市、台北市及新北市等大台北地區，先前發生過規模5以上的地震只有5次，今天是第6次。

根據氣象局的資料，這5次地震中，規模最大一次是1909年4月15日，中和發生芮氏規模7.3地震，深度有80公里，當時有9人死亡、122棟房屋倒塌。

郭鎧紋說，汐止今天地震的震央，是屬於菲律賓海板塊與歐亞大陸板塊的隱沒帶，汐止在1986年也發生過一次芮氏規模5以上地震，無災情。

大台北地區其他芮氏規模5以上地震，還曾在陽明山及基隆出現過。1021011
