下藥對表媳性侵 老翁判7年半定讞

桃園朱姓老翁被控在表哥媳婦青草茶內下藥，趁她昏迷之餘性侵，隔天被害人清醒後，向她展示用過的保險套戰利品，並給1000元紅包當封口費。法院審理期間，老翁拿出自己寫的4本日記，辯稱是兩情相悅，並反控是遭被害人仙人跳。

高等法院認為兩造為遠房姻親，老翁卻未滿足自己私慾，對被害人強制性侵，事後還飾詞狡辯，造成被害人二度傷害，依強制性交罪判刑7年半。全案經最高法院駁回定讞。
