有關84年前出生之役男兵役問題

元旦起 83年次役男轉受軍訓
中央社 – 2012年12月31日

　　民國102年元旦起，83年1月1日後出生役男，將轉接受4個月常備兵役軍事訓練，不服常備兵現役，大學軍訓課可折抵訓練時間。至於82年12月31日前出生役男，明年起未獲徵集或補行徵集服役者，依兵役法規定，應服替代役，為期1年。

請問這是什麼意思?
我是民國80年10月出生，今年升大四，未役
如果於明年(民國103年)順利畢業，我是服替代役還是一般兵?
