版主逆向行駛肇事，看起來有可能全責，或至少肇責比較重，對方家中開什麼車與版主無關，且調解時本來就是以雙方找出皆可接受的金額達成，何況版主極有可能是全責且有保責任險的情況下，在保額範圍內都是保險公司理賠範圍，不是從版主口袋拿出來，實在不須講出那句話。

對方的話，就算有錄音，內容也不會構成恐嚇。

版主繼續這種心態處理，加上您遇到的保險理賠人員非常消極，事情只會越處理越糟，勸版主還是早點請律師介入，跟保險公司以及對方商討後續，才是對您對有利的。
