佛教 心理問題 如何快樂

小弟 讀過很多宗教的書
但小弟最常看 是關於佛教的

有些問題想請教大師

PS 小弟只看大概的 沒深入研究

我想請教 "出家" 是為了什麼?
家裡富裕到是還好 如果家境不好
出家的人是不是都逃避生活而已?
畢竟百善孝為先不是?

還有 "慾望"
我本身沒什麼物慾
一部分可能是我運氣很差
一部分可能是我沒什麼錢
慾望這種東西 我沒有 但我也過得不快樂
一點都不快樂

最後一點

快樂是什麼 我從16歲就忘記了
如何找到快樂?

生活就像一台機器
賺錢 吃飯 顧家

玩樂我也不曾開心

該如何才能讓我的人生有點光明呢?
