熱帶低壓形成 周三影響關鍵

又是一周的開始，海上也有個颱風剛成形。菲律賓海面又出現一個熱帶性低氣壓，目前在菲律賓東方海面，以時速15公里的速度向西北移動，有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢。不過近2天，對台灣天氣仍沒有影響，到了8月28日才可看出它是否影響台灣。

今(26)日因台灣位於太平洋高壓勢力的南方之影響，台灣本島及外島大多為多雲到晴的天氣，但因底層有些水氣，午後在西半部地區、宜花山區等地，可能有局部性大雨，因午後熱對流影響，甚至可能有雷陣雨。東南部地區有短暫陣雨，西半部地區及東北部、東部山區午後有局部短暫雷陣雨。

氣溫方面，上午因可看到陽光，北部高溫將攀升至35℃，其他地區約為32至34℃。
