這還好啦,以前在學校當老師的攝影助教,常要雙手各2個一座的幻燈機,一座大約8~9公斤吧
在廣告公司時,出去拍也是一手拿棚燈箱,一手拿2個無影罩,,相機背帶掛脖子,拿無影罩的手順便搭著扛在肩上的3支燈架,還好距離大多只有500公尺

公司窮,也沒派個助理給我,直到我說要離職才有個在婚紗待5~6年的來當我的助手,去屏東拍,得開車到屏東,然後我也得拍照,拍完我再開回中部,助手只是幫我搬器材,其他我都自己來,包括開車

15~20公斤算輕了,反正我90幾公斤,當是補償平時運動的不足
