尤特轉中颱 12日起降雨明顯

昨日（9）菲律賓東方海面形成的熱帶性低氣壓，在今日凌晨2時已經發展為第11號颱風尤特（Utor），而在下午2時，中央氣象局已發布尤特從輕度颱風升級為中度颱風。

尤特目前位於菲律賓東方海面，以每小時19公里速度，向西北西進行。颱風中心氣壓970百帕，近中心最大風速每秒33公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒43公尺，七級風半徑150公里，十級風半徑50公里。

從中央氣象局發布的颱風路徑潛勢預測圖來看，尤特會在下週一至週二這段期間通過台灣南部，暴風圈有20%的機率掃過。

受到颱風外圍雲系影響，預期下週一起將轉為較不穩定的天氣，下雨的情況也會逐日明顯，並且範圍擴大，花東地區及南部地區有局部短暫陣雨，中部以北地區午後有局部短暫雷陣雨。
