太陽能板「面壁思過」　是要怎麼發電！

發展再生能源是政府政策目標，但如果「事倍功半」，恐非全民之福。
 
今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，台北市水利處10年來陸續設置160處「雨水下水道水位監測站」，其中93處附掛太陽能面板。隨機抽查發現，部分太陽能板竟設在大樓旁、路樹間等光線照射不到的地方，有的面板甚至正對大樓牆壁，根本沒有陽光。
 
水利處解釋，監測站不需要太大電力，太陽能板有些許光線就可以發電，而且內有蓄電池維持電力。但水利處也坦承，部分監測站的發電功率確實不好，會在一星期內清查，修剪路樹枝葉或移除障礙物，讓太陽能板發揮作用。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
