那時後高雄市長是國民黨中央政府"官派"的!

當時,中央,地方都是國民黨長期執政,"一條鞭政策",

隨便國民黨政府要怎麼搞,就怎麼搞!

吳敦義市長根本就是"上面"怎麼"交待",他就怎麼"配合"!

他沒有自己的想法,也不會為高雄市民"爭取權利"!

反正市長是"官派"的,不用太用心做,鬼混即可,箱涵怎麼施工?會不會有危險?

市長根本不在乎!

真是悲哀!
