傳真契約 法律效益是否存在？

因為自家是做生意的，
這陣子時常有人施工完畢卻遲遲不給錢，
也有施工完畢後才說怎麼跟原本所決定的樣式不一樣。

因此想擬一份契約書及估價單，

請問大大：
如果使用傳真，把文件傳給客戶，
讓客戶閱過且簽完名同意後，回傳，
那法律效益是否還是存在的？
