這樣的咖啡因含量為多少?

如題~

想請問我這樣沖咖啡喝，
咖啡因含量為多少?

我是用「雀X‧阿拉比卡 - 黃金咖啡」即溶黑咖啡粉

包裝所給資訊是...

2.5公克咖啡粉，以180毫升水沖泡~

咖啡因含量...
每份180毫升含80毫克

***我***是***分***隔***線***

我偶爾沖泡習慣是...
(上大夜班前都這麼喝)

先加500ml的熱水、10公克咖啡粉、後加500ml鮮奶及200ml冰水

也就是1200ml的咖啡~

因為不太會換算，
這樣咖啡因含量是...
然後就一次給全喝光^皿^
