央行：氣爆賑災捐款 免跨行交易手續費

響應高雄氣爆事件救災活動，央行已促請財金資訊，自8月1日起至12月31日止，凡經由該公司金融資訊系統各項跨行服務 (包括ATM、通匯、金融EDI、金融XML、網際網路、全國性繳費 (稅)及行動銀行等服務)，處理有關高雄氣爆事件賑災捐款的交易，免收跨行交易手續費。
