中華電信單辦門號保證金繳費一問

請問單辦門號是需要繳交保證金2900元嗎？

之前去中華電信直營門市發現店員斬釘截鐵的說要繳就繳了，可是聽客服說那筆保證金「不一定」要繳，

目前我已有一組中華門號，最近還想再辦一組自選門號，
請問有什麼方法可以不繳第二次保證金拿到自選門號呢？（資費88方案）
