中油硫化氫外洩 甫復工又停工

高市勞工局勞檢處今晚說，甫復工的中油高雄煉油廠第二低硫燃油工場硫化氫外洩，因勞工未配戴防護具引起，勒令停工。

5月底火警停爐後剛復工的中油高雄煉油廠第二低硫燃油工場，今天傍晚發生連接器硫化氫外洩，造成4人輕重傷。

勞工局勞動檢查處副處長江天賜表示，這起工安意外經調查為李姓場長發現控制室的電子儀器表呈現異常，於是帶陳姓等勞工至高壓胺液洗滌塔，進行玻璃液位計阻塞調整作業，作業時，液位計的密接墊片洩漏，導致塔內含硫化氫液體噴出，李員等人接觸硫化氫又未配戴適當防護具而中毒。

他指出，已當場勒令停工，經勞檢處審查復工報告書合格後始可復工。
