獨立廁所及浴室, 步行3分鐘到大形超級市場 and 24hrs shop, 步行5分鐘到鄰近巴士站

附近就有公園,步行10分鐘有華人超級市場,開到晚上7點,還有KTV,一大堆華人餐廳

步行約5分鐘可到公車站去Bull Creak / Fremantle Station
步行7分钟可到Harvey Norman, Good Guys...
開車約10分鐘到Fremantle市集
開車約25分鐘到Perth city
開車5分鐘到O'Conner 一直開下去到有大堆工廠(龍蝦,雞蛋,火腿工廠)
開車約15分鐘去Canning vale工業區
步行10分鐘有Hungry Jack, Mcdonalds, Subway等等.........
包括网路，水,煤氣等.
房子的地點交通方便,去哪裡都近,可以停車.

家庭式住宅, 非常安全, 屋子裹已有家俬丶電器。也有個少形後花園,舒適靈靜.
