套房有蟲 想退租

一個月前租了小套房
是頂樓加蓋那種
因為之前都早出晚歸回到房間就準備休息
直到最近放假(一個月後)才發現屋頂與牆壁銜接處
一到晚上都爬滿了黑色會飛的小蟲

依照當初簽的合約 是可以請房東修繕
但是依我觀察由於面積過大
可能需要把天花板拆掉做大規模的整修
或是拿東西把隙縫全部黏起來((這個會有執行上的困難))
所以如果我現在想退租的話
我還能拿回押金嗎?
因為我覺得這是房子的問題...

p.s：當時看屋是早上 沒有此情況
