幫女朋友請教 商碩剛畢業兩星期就決定去電訊業做行銷工作 但內容和應徵時談的有出路 大部份是關於預算控制　做營運報表　 做行銷的部份很少 內部也很少思考消費者想法　訓練不到這塊 跟老闆反應過　老闆也叫他想idea 目前有一個案子可能會給她做 薪資　３４０００　話費補助１０００ 三節大概每次三四千　旅遊補助５０００ 年終３個月左右　每天工時８小時吧 但她開始覺的行銷就一堆雜事 似乎沒啥專業之後想轉財務 但怕做不滿一年之後找工作怕人家說穩定性不夠且年終領不到 但又怕做一年被定型 想請教要做完還是真的會被定型要跑? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.155.201
