他為同他殺！報告沒模糊　石台平說分明

法醫石台平：「這個案件就是我告訴他(檢方)，這個是有第三人要負責，第三人的動機行為，都是他(檢方)的事情，我沒有說意外，意外在死亡方式，是另外一個欄位，我根本沒有勾選那個，所以這個案子，完全跟意外無關，用這個他為，只是在第三人應該負責部分，我找一個比較軟性的字出來。」

石台平解釋，「他為」和「他殺」，英文字的寫法都是(Homicide)，由於洪仲丘身體沒有其他外力，造成的傷害，為了不讓家屬情緒再度受到傷害，他才在死亡方式，寫上「他為」，而不是字義比較強烈的「他殺」，洪仲丘的確因為不當操練，導致身體器官嚴重損害，有第三人必須負責，查出這人有誰，是檢方的任務。
