（中央社記者楊淑閔台北29日電）消基會質疑交通部長葉匡時允諾7月起，非eTag用戶3天內現金繳費9折跳票，也不提供收費明細及轉嫁手續費，要求他下台。

消費者文教基金會上午召開「放羊的高公局∼eTag全面9折變空頭支票、提供明細遙遙無期！」記者會，消基會董事長張智剛於會中做上述表示。1030729
