來源： http://ppt.cc/h6Qy 原文： 大陸網路設備龍頭企業華為提撥10億元（人民幣，下同）幫基層員工調薪。8月起，華 為依據工作年限和個人業績給基層員工加薪30%到70%不等；明年起，新招收的畢業生起薪 也從6000元提升到9000元左右，甚至有望翻一番。其競爭對手中興也表示，將在下半年對 全體員工加薪。 據《南方都市報》報導，華為已啟動對13-14級基層員工加薪，根據去年考評成績調整 ，成績優良的員工薪水從7000元調整過萬。 此外，明年起，華為對應屆畢業生起薪也調高，從6000元提高到9000元左右，其中研 究生薪水從8000提升到1萬元左右，華為稱將根據專業與地域拉開薪水差距，有能力者破萬 都有可能。 華為大幅加薪是為了吸引人才。基層員工是華為主要業務的具體執行者，也是公司未 來的管理者，他們給華為消費者業務群帶來大幅增長。 華為競爭對手中興公司也提出了激勵手段，本周中興宣布將分給員工股票期權，也提 出年底前給全體員工加薪。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.17.130
