標題[請益] 鴻海 2年經驗 理想薪資

各位大哥大姐好 小弟最近有幸拿到 cnsbg npi pm缺 深圳/天津的offer 公司有通知我說已經在跑流程 給內部主管群簽核中 小主管問我的理想薪資 說可以幫我爭取 但我不確定開多少才不會太突兀 有人有工作經驗後跳到鴻海的嗎 請各位給點意見 背景資料 國外碩士 之前在美商2年多工作經驗 公司跟我說非新幹班 是以一般人員進公司 差別說是是月薪比較高 跟以後分紅比較多 但第一年無分紅 鴻海的大陸缺每天補助200港幣 以200多天來算每年約20W 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.235.200.204
