Ella練出馬甲線 老公讚性感

（中央社記者陳亦偉、吳琬婷台北14日電）女子偶像團體S.H.E成員Ella健身有成，很滿意現在的腹部線條，直說自己有「隱形的馬甲」，老公也讚「性感」。記者會現場Ella也跳上一段健身舞蹈，展現健美身材。

Ella今天身穿運動休閒服裝，出席知名連鎖健身房代言記者會。她說，從小就對自己肉肉的手臂沒自信，很少穿無袖的衣服，但培養起運動的習慣後，身材變得結實，現在可以駕馭不同種類的衣服。

Ella目前最滿意的身體部位是腹部，還笑說，有時候早上起床看到鏡子裡完美的線條，會拿手機拍照，傳給在上班的老公，老公也會大讚「性感」。

Ella也說，「運動最難的是持之以恆，不僅練身體也練心志。」她現在每週會健身2至3天，目前體重維持在47公斤左右，但她仍說，身材不到完美，會持續運動下去。

目前的工作重心放在主持和演唱會，9月時會有戲劇的演出。被問到何時打算懷孕生baby，Ella說，先等工作告一段落，大概是明年底，現在先養愛狗「布丁」當作實習。1030714
